Last weekend Mom and I went to visit Aunt Ginger, Aunt Nancy and Aunt Sunny. Here are some pictures from the trip....

This is just a random picture I took through the window on the way down... This was right before I saw the buzzard on the side of the road (which I briefly mistook for a duck) eating a dead deer and almost threw up.

We stopped by Uncle Tom and Aunt Nancy's house in Kingsland and I made Uncle Tom take me for a ride in their super fun Smart car...

First Haircut

We took Max to get his first hair cut this past weekend. He has needed one for several months now and we just couldn't seem to work it into the schedule. We weren't sure where to take him and after stopping by and promptly leaving a "kids cuts" type place (didn't get a good vibe) we ended up just driving around Arlington looking for somewhere to take him. I know that seems like a scary way to go about it, but trust me, if I thought this was a hair cut that could be messed up I would have been more selective.

So, we passed a Pro Cuts near our house that didn't look busy and decided to stop. A really nice man was available and ready to cut his hair. As soon as we sat down another nice man came over to help distract him. Max was a little freaked out, but the whole thing was over and done in less than 5 minutes... Yay Pro Cuts!

As you can see, he was way past due...
